Kaliyar Sharif | Under the patronage of the Sajjada Nasheen of Dargah Huzoor Sabir-e-Pak
The blessed Urs of Imam Abu Saleh Mohammad (RA) is held every year in the sacred month of Muharram-ul-Haram. This spiritual celebration is marked by profound rituals, processions, and gatherings that attract devotees from near and far.
The first ritual of the Urs, Mehndi Dori, takes place on 1st Muharram. This ceremony marks the beginning of the spiritual celebrations.
On this day, the Sajjada Nasheen of Dargah Sabir-e-Pak, Hazrat Shah Ali Manzar Aijaz Quddusi Sabri Sahab, departs from Kothi Sajjada Nasheen in a grand procession and arrives at the Dargah of Imam Abu Saleh Mohammad (RA).
At the Dargah, Chadar Poshi and Qul Sharif are performed, marking the spiritual commencement of the Urs celebrations.
The sixth day of Muharram is marked by spiritual gatherings and devotional music that elevate the souls of the attendees.
On the 6th Muharram, a grand procession moves from Dargah Sabir-e-Pak to Dargah Imam Abu Saleh Mohammad (RA).
After Namaz-e-Isha, a spiritual Mehfil-e-Sama (Qawwali gathering) is held, creating an atmosphere of divine connection and spiritual ecstasy.
The seventh day of Muharram marks the culmination of the Urs celebrations with the sacred ritual of Ghusl Sharif.
On the 7th Muharram, the Sajjada Nasheen departs from Kothi Sajjada Nasheen, passing through Dargah Huzoor Sabir-e-Pak, and arrives at the Dargah of Imam Abu Saleh Mohammad (RA) at 10:00 AM.
With his own blessed hands, along with the noble Quddusiya family, the holy Mazar is bathed and perfumed in the sacred ritual of Ghusl Sharif.
Following this, a soulful Mehfil-e-Sama and Qul Sharif are held. With these ceremonies, the Urs of Imam Abu Saleh Mohammad (RA) is completed in a blessed and spiritual manner.
