ان کا نام شاہ علی منظر اعجاز صابری ہے اور یہ حضرت عبد القدوس گنگوہی قدسیہ سروہو کی اولاد میں سے ہیں جو حضرت امام اعظم ابو حنیفہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ کی اولاد میں سے ہیں اس طرح وہ قدوسی اور نعمانی بھی ہیں۔ آپ اپنے چچا حضرت شاہ منصور اعزاز قدوسی صابری صاحب کی وصیت کے بعد سجادہ نشین ہوئے، جب آپ کے جانشین ہوئے تو پاک پتن شریف کے دیوان صاحب سجادہ نشین حضرت موعود مسعود قطبی فریدی نے اپنے شاہی فرمان کے ساتھ ایک خط ارسال کیا۔ مہر (جس میں اس نے اسے سجادہ نشین کے طور پر پہچانا) اور دستار، اسے۔ اس وقت ان کی عمر 28 سال تھی۔
